Disney Dining Event - Summer Safari and Karibu Dinner

I am planning a party for approx. 40 people.
Disney Catering is recommending the Summer Safari and Karibu Dinner.
Has anyone done this? What was it like?

I must admit that I've never heard of this. I only know of the Safari Celebration Dinner.

I looked it up on Disney.com and couldn't find any information either.

It's possible you could find this by looking up corporate or private events. There are a number of corporate/private events available for large groups that are not widely advertised to the general public.
