Was just wondering if it is worth it doing the Dining Plan during the Food & Wine Festival.:smickey::tink:::MinnieMo:mickeyjum

quick service used to be great when it had 2 snack credits a day that you could use for the booths..even for the lamb chops and lobster things that were super expensive.
But now that only one snack credit is included, i'm not convinced that it would be a very good deal. You'd have to pay for all the tasting booths and then have other credits to use up (that include desserts)....would be a waste of tummy room to use for doing the booth tastings.

We did a split stay and booked the DxDDP (2 snacks per day). We used all of our snacks at F&W.:)

It depends on how much you will consume at the F&W kiosks. We go for just the F&W fest and take 3-4 days around lunchtime, divide the world showcase into 3-4 sections - 1 per day - and try one of every food item each booth offers. Hubby and I do split each item. There are usually about 30 booths and each offers approximately 3 different items (some offer more). We are definitely full when we leave Epcot - so much so, that we usually have a very light dinner. So for us, the dining plan isn't worth it. With the dining plan, you certainly don't get enough snack credits to eat around the world as we do, and we really wouldn't use table service for dinner as we normally end up sharing a burger or sandwich for dinner.

It'll come down to if you still want a table service meal every day and can still figure out what to do with all the quick service meals. If you're going primarily to do the festival, unless you're on deluxe (where you'd still have three meal credits a night to figure out how to spend) you may not have enough snack credits to eat around the world very much.

So excited to be going during Food & Wine. The menus look delicious, except for a couple. :)

The dining plan works for us because we use the snack credits to sample from the food booths for lunch. Then we have a relaxing sit down dinner in the evening where we can unwind and plan for the next day. If we're still full from lunch we will share meals and have extra TS credits for other days. We'll use the CS credits for lunch or dinner on days when we're not at Epcot.
