Disney Dining - Do they open at 8am?

I need to make PS's tomorrow for BB and wondering what time they open - is it 8am?

7am to 9pm, pacific time. They are there now.

So did you get it? I assume you were going for the earliest seating? I got that last week, with only 40 days to go, but it was for a mid-week visit.

I did! I wanted the 11:30 seating and they had it available.

I asked the CM if I would be guaranteed a waterside table since my ressies were for 11:30am and she said I would have to ask at the resaurant. So, if I have 11:30 ressies I wonder how early I should plan to check in???
