disney dining direct number...

Hi - I can finally book my ADRs this week I have my 12 digit reservation number but from reading posts on here - am I right in assuming I can only book my 180 plus 10 over the phone? If so can somebody please post the direct number? Also - is there anything else I need to have to hand to make the whole process as pain free as possible? I also want to book the Fantasmic package - is this also loaded onto teh system 180+10?

Hi. My 180+10 date was yesterday, and the 12 digit number does not work online. I rang the freephone number - 0800 16 90 730 to do my ADRs, including Fantasmic dining package. I got a 12 digit number for each separate ADR, which I have linked to my main reservation by going to "find missing reservations". Good luck!

We have booked with Virgin and our 180+10 window opens in April so I want to check how to make ADRs before then so sorry for hijacking your thread. I keep seeing reference to a 12 digit reference number - who would I get this from? Virgin or Disney? Once I have this number I can book ADRs for the first 10 days of my holiday when it reaches my 180 day mark, is that correct? Do I have to have this number to make the ADRs? Thankyou in advance for your help.

Julie, Virgin can give you your 12 digit confirmation reference. I emailed them, and at first they didn't know what i was on about but once I had it I could view the details of my holiday on Disney's website. You're supposed to be able to use that 12 digit number to book ADRs online, but it's not working. You can, however, book using this number on the phone (at 180 + 10 days out). You'll get another 12 digit number for each dining reservation, but you can link them to your main reservation by looking for "missing reservations", putting in the dining reservation number, plus the phone number they'll ask you for when you make the reservation. It could be so much simpler, for instance if Virgin let you have your 12 digit number once they had it, instead of having to be chased for it!

Hi, Made my first dining reservations today including the Fantasmic package via the freephone number. They were very helpful, I hope they are as helpful when I phone to book the rest of them in the coming days. This is my first experience of Disney dining plan and so far it is very positive, I have yet to try and link my dining bookings to my reservation but am hopeful I can manage that without too many hassles. Hope your booking is as easy as mine was.

If u have to book reservations over the phone do you get an email confirmation? I want to make sure I take a print out next time as the last time I went a couple went missing so we rebooked when we were there but when we came home we had charges to our credit card for the original bookings because we didn't show up and had a lot of messing about to get the money back!
