disney dining card?

can anyone tell me with an annual pass how much it is to purchase a disney dining card? What do you recieve with this we had it in th past and it was 20% off meals at certain restraunts on property ect.
Any info appreciated

$65 with an AP and yes, 20% off the total bill (prior to tax) at participating full service locations as well as some CS locations when TS is not available
