Disney Dining Autograph cover... HELP!!!

A while back I saw an autograph cover for Disney Dining and had it personalized and now I can't find it! It was a picture of all the characters around a table (on Main Street I think) and it was titale my Character Dining Autographs (I think). Can someone direct me to the person who disigned this cover? I am almost through with my books, but now don't have the cover for this one . Thanks to anyone who can help me!
