I am going to Disney in April and I will be 4 months post op from gastric sleeve. Anyone been there and found food options that work well?

Anything you can eat at home, you'll be able to eat at Disney. Just watch the quantity! I find it more cost-effective to order from appetizer menus, although those portions are often too large for me to finish. I'm never going to get my money's worth, but I've lost 110 pounds. I'm good with that!

ETA: People often suggest ordering from the kids menu, which is fine if that's how you want to eat. I'm on vacation, I'm not ordering a kid's quick service meal to enjoy a small Dannon yogurt drink and a Cutie, but YMMV.

Agreeing with @leebee, you should eat as you do at home according to one of my younger sisters. And yes be wary of even kids meals if they are filled with empty calories or are not in line with what your medicos suggested.
You are on a new life journey, enjoy it and stay the course.

@NYCgrrl is correct; I'll add that, as usual, you should focus first and foremost on getting your protein. If you really can't resist a treat, ask someone if you can have a bite of theirs. Sugar triggers my intestines so I have to be aware of this all the time. A bite of someone's Mickey bar is fine, but trying to eat half of one of my own results in a bathroom emergency- but it's hard to remember sometimes! Also don't be afraid to throw away leftover food (or take ziplocks so you can take it back to your room). It's not a waste- or at least not as much of a waste as it would be if you eat it all, the then your body rejects it all 🤮

We aren't huge eaters. My partner has the same thing as you. She either orders kids meals, or we just split meals which is more than enough for both of us.

Kid's meals at quick service restaurants or appetizers at bars and lounges are great options. Places like Satuli Canteen and Columbia Harbour House offer kid-sized versions of the main entrees. Steakhouse 71 has a great bar menu.
