I have 2 reservations, and my 60 day starts 6:00am this morning. It shows the dates I will be allowed to make reservations right now ( obviously can't book them till 6:00 ) but its only allowing me to make dining for my first reservation days at 6:00am. They are highlighted now, in prep for in the morning. One is direct through Disney. One is DVC

Why wouldn't it add the second reservation and give me my full days to book? I am checking out and checking into the new hotel the same day

They are both linked to MDE and show up

And for some unknown reason, the 4th is blocked out now, which I could have made a reservation for it today, which is now 59 days from now.

Split stays have separate booking windows.

Is this new? As I’ve had multiple split stays pre covid and they always opened up for the full trip when the first reservation hits

or maybe I’m wrong with this since it’s usually 180 days and I never noticed..

Not real new. If both reservations were DVC reservations, they would bridge (unless that's also changed), but cash reservations do not bridge anymore.

It has been like this for years, at least 10 in my memory.

Even with DVC, this changed sometime in 2019. It stopped automatically connecting two stays into one (for purposes of ADRs). Up until the closure, you could call member services and they could do it for you. Now, MS now longer is able to do that.

Even with fast pass? Yeah last time I went was 2018

For some reason FPs bridged just fine for split stays (at least our DVC ones). Pre-2019 we could call and Member Services would help, but now split stays for dining reservation purposes have 2 (or 3, or whatever the split) booking start dates.

I have DVC reservations and they are no longer bridging. :( They definitely did on my last trip pre-COVID.

This is not good for our upcoming trip in July. Hubby and I decided to add 3 days on at the beginning of the trip and paying cash at Riviera, then moving to OKW on DVC for 2 nights, and Finally 5 nights at Boardwalk on DVC. I wondered how this would go. YUCK!
