I just got another Disney Destination email, I think that makes like 3 in the past week. And none of them offering a discount or code. I get so excited everytime I get an email from them thinking it could be a discount. Called them last week and no code attached to my name.

You're lucky, I've only recieved ONE email from them saying the maps I ordered were on there way. I don't get it :confused3 Called last night too, no codes :(

You sound like us. I have received about 2 or 3 emails also. But No Code. I even ordered the planning DVD. So maybe I'll get something from that.:confused3

I ordered a planning video for both my home and work address hoping it will generate a code for me to book with. I am staying in the ASMu Family Suites and hoping to upgrade to AKL.

Me too, I never get anything from them except letterhead, confirmation of a reservation or where I have ordered maps. The feeling is the worst when there is nothing there. I have ordered everything, saved quotes for vacations, done surveys, updated my profile weekly, signed up for every sweepstakes, ordered @ the Disney Store, ordered maps, called about bookings, asked for a discount.... get my point. Anybody doing anything different.I wonder if there is a location thing. We should do a poll and see where the pins seem to be going.

Just curious about this. What does it actually look like, like where is the code located? I get these all the time as well, but my e-mail doesn't allow pictures, so sometimes I don't really read through. Just wondering where the code is located on the e-mail.

Thanks!
Amy

I got an email, subject line "[my last name] Family, your Disney Dream is here!‏"

You know what, it's quite possible the whole thing is inside an image, so if you can't get pictures, you might not see a thing. :confused3 Maybe you should get a gmail or hotmail account that allows images, and change the email address for your Disney account?

Back to what's in my email. It was one of the semi-sneaky ones, b/c the first prices are just rack rate for the Values. But then it states

Or, if your vacation dates are flexible,
Save 20%** off the nondiscounted price.

With a list of dates.

Thank you so much for explaining what it says! Now I know what to look for! I can get the images, but I just have to click on download images and since I get so many of the e-mails, I don't always open them!

Amy

I'll probably get a code after i've returned back from my trip and have booked a bounceback offer.:rolleyes1

Seriously though, i always get them last minute and i change my ressie when they come out. I've used a discount code every year and have always been lucky to book a room-only at 30% off or greater. It's getting harder and harder to get a code, but there are always little things you can do to help get that much anticipated code like checking and updating your profile and calling CRO to ensure you are not opted out of mail, email or phone contacts.
