I was wondering if this is still going on? If so...are the prices worth it? There would be 6 of us going this June. 3 adults, 11, 4, and 3.

They haven't "opened" the reservations for June yet. It should be any day- I've been checking everyday for 3 months. We are also hoping to do it on the 3rd also.

Considering that this is the budget board, I would say absolutely not worth the price at all, and we only paid $17.00/adult, when it first started. I now see people paying $28.00/pp. Yikes!

We don't feel it is worth it at all, and have had much better desserts at TS restaurants. For the 6 of you, it's going to cost, and that's a lot of desserts that you need to consume to be worth it, IMHO.

Good luck in your decision, Tiger

We did this last summer (Epcot) as part of a convention. The company paid for it, $30 a person I think, but I would never pay it myself. Now, I have seen some good looking desserts, but all we had were cupcakes, brownies and rice crispy treats along with coffee and tea. $90 for the three of us? No way!

We went last year the day after Thanksgiving. 3 adults - a little pricey, but worth doing once. Good desserts and nice table for the fireworks. We really enjoyed it.

We did it last July,it was nice because we had a 2yr old with us,but wouldn't do it with just adults.I didn't care for it.

We did it for the location and no hassle seating.....oh and we got to eat dessert too:lmao: P.S. We'll do it again next time if is still offered;)

My family went in August and absolutely loved it! The location and the fact that the party size is so small are wonderful. The desserts were delicious! We can't wait to go again in May :thumbsup2

So can you see the fireworks from your table or do you have to go out on the terrace?

it depends where you are seated. There are some tables that are further under the roof where you wouldn't get as good a view. We went to the railing anyway ( our table was near the opening) but probably wouldn't have had to.

As for the PP that said they only had cupcakes, rice krispie treats and coffee. The dessert party in Epcot is different than the Tomorrowland Terrace dessert in MK. ;)

To the OP; I'd say if you enjoy your desserts, don't care if you see the night time parade and have the money... go for it! It is definitely worth it at least once. Although i'd do it again.. and eat dinner earlier lol.

My sister is doing one at Epcot UK Terrace for her wedding as a post-reception event. She chose the Ice Cream Sundae party and we can't wait!

We have a large group going in Nov, 12 of us all together. party: Adults, teens, and children. I thought this would be a nice way to meet and gather and end one day. My question is if I can make the on line ressies for that large a group or not?? Thanks in advance!! :worship:

I just got back from a last minute trip to WDW. Decided on Saturday to leave the house on Sunday.
I went with my grandson and his mother. My grandson was not feeling well through most of the trip but on Thursday he was back to his old self. I decided to make that day junk day, no vegetables forced on him at all although he did ask for clam chowder for lunch.
We did the dessert buffet for dinner and he had a blast.
I know we got our monies worth, we tried everything. the family seated next to us came in with hot dogs from caseys and at that, then had dessert. I saw what they ate and they didnt' get their monies worth at all. I couldn't understand why the did the hot dogs.
Beware of those mango shooters, they stain.... My grandson had 6 of them and was wearing his new white Disney t-shirt. I have washed it and pretreated it 4 times and still can't get the stains out.

We did it last summer. I really enjoyed it. My kids loved it. It was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Fantastic spot to watch the fireworks. I'd spend the money again on it.

I just read on another thread that they opened up online booking for June! Go get um!!!

Can you use the dining plan for this? If so, what does it count as?

If there's chocolate, I can't have DW find out about it, or I'll have no choice on whether it's worth it or not.
