Dear Lisa:
I never ask for any details for a refund request ... I provide very clear information about what the AVP is and isn't on the home page, as well as in the extensive Preview Tour, and hope that's good enough. I'm confident that the advice I provide my guests is outstanding because my personal VIP's are paying over a $1,000 per day for nearly the same experience without lines and crowds. It works, and I have thousands of 'thank you for the best Disney vacation ever!' emails to prove it, including eight received today from Christmas vacationers. I accepted a long time ago that it's impossible to please everyone, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that on either end of the equation. It's simply one of those "Life Rule" things. ;>)
My challenge is that you're the first guest since we opened in late 2002 to request a refund after this many months of ownership. I learned recently that our credit card processing company doesn't allow us to issue credit card credits past the 120-day mark. May we send you a refund check in the amount of $16.95 (your purchase amount with discount code used) to the mailing address we have on file?
Best regards for now,
TourGuideMiKE
