Don't worry Marti, it does. (ETA that is does seem funny. Opps could have gone either way. I'm struggling to keep up you all got on such a roll the other night! I may have to start sacrificing sleep so that I can stay up for the fun. This is where living in CA again would come in handy.

We bought our Tink Topper at the DD Christmas Store about four years ago. I think they've improved her since then, as our Tink topper doesn't light up.

My poor little tree has no light.

OK all this talk about fudge.
My DGM made to die for divinity.
Does anyone know how to make it.
I hope its simple.

I'm a day behind, but if you don't have a recipe yet, let me know. I'll get my DGM's recipe. I LOVE divinity. It's not to hard until the very end. Then you just have to beat the heck out of it and quickly get it spooned out before it hardens. Also, be sure to make it on a day when the humidity isn't too high.

I can't possibly respond to all that I want to comment on, but I will say, all your talk of alcohol is maddening! Between trying to get pregnant with Alyssa, being pregnant with Alyssa, nursing Alyssa for 15 months, trying to get pregnant again, and being pregnant again, I think I've had two drinks since July 2003!!!! Marti's going to have a birthday drink for me on January 24 in WDW though, right Martha? Amy

Right with you Amy! It's been since June 2002 for me. I'm dying here! Maybe July will be the reintro!

Okay so I watched the Holiday special about Walt Disney World on the travel channel and now i think i want to change our trip.
When would you all like to go Sept-oct and do tne MNSSHP or nov -dec and do the MVMCP. the plus for sept oct is our anniversay, the neg. is hurrucanes.

Go at CHRISTMAS!!!!! Just celebrate your anniversary then and enjoy the cooler weather, great holiday decorations. It's a blast. Look at my siggie. We've already booked our AAA package again!

Amy - Steve was so relieved to hear this!!

It seems that recently I have met two couples in our neighborhood that do not drink and so Steve is never comfortable drinking around them -

so he thought I had yet again made friends who do not drink - although this would NEVER affect our socializing - he was happy to find out that you would not be offended if he popped open a beer in front of you all!!!!

i did both of these trips this year--i went sept 29-oct 2 and did MNSSHP and nov 29-dec 2 and did MVMCP...I loved both trips! but i would say to chose the christmas time-the decorations made it amazing!

I am the luckiest mom in the world!!!

Julia is so much fun - she put on her snow white costume and told me she needs and apple - I just went in and she was laying on the floor asleep with the apple in her hands

she then told me she would act out snow white for me - she takes one big bite of her apple dramatically drops it and falls dramatiicall to the ground ending up laying face up with her hands neatly folded across her chest -

she is destined to be an actress someday!!

Well, we had a busy morning, but are now back and I uploaded my pictures. First we went to Church & RE, then off to our party. Alyssa is still petrified of Santa and wouldn't go near him. I think I am going to still have that same problem in WDW, unless it is a face character. So here is what happened:

Nicholas was unable to completely read it, except for the "small" words, so I read it to him. When we got to the part where it says our plane leaves on Saturday, he said "Can we go today?" I don't know if I will be ready to go on Saturday, let alone today!! Anyway, they are both thrilled to pieces and I think it is going to be a VERY long week filled with anticipation and excitement. They just couldn't believe that Santa was actually going to send them to Disney. I need to nip this though so they don't think it will happen every year. Thanks to all of you for your input and ideas. A huge thanks to Kate as well for her ingenious poems and designs! You all have made this a very special trip for us. I couldn't have done it without you.

OK thanks. I was wanting to put Denise's 4 Parks design on a navy shirt, but was worried that if the white didn't show up between the diamonds it would blend in too much. I think that on navy with a white turtleneck underneath will look nice. We will wear those to the Candlelight Processional.

And thank you sooo much for the postcards. They were awesome! I'm glad you had a good time!
