Julia developed a twitch at 11 days - no one saw it but me - so they had to do a seizure work up - told me she was fien - then everyone started to see them - it was so scary but they told me the EEG was normal and not to worry about it - it was called benign sleep myoclonus -

about a month later - my doctor (not the nurse) calls my house one night - of course I am home alone with Julila and tells me that the EEG was reported incorrectly and she did have some seizure like activity - and that a neurologist would be calling me shortly - talk about a woman losing it - I called my DH - no answer - I called my mom and was sobbing so hard I could not get a word out - she finally asked - is Julia still alive - I could barely get the yes out - I asked how she knew it was about Julia and she said she knew she was the only thing that could ever go that wrong in my life

we had the EEG repeated again and thankfully that time it was normal - it was just so scary b/c the seizure like activity went on for over a month untreated b/c they thought her EEG was normal - they told me to watch her development - and 4 years later aside from a speech delay they don't think is related to it - she is fine - the "twitches" stopped on her 2 month birthday - Christmas Day

Again, I will say I love this board. I am still crying from Stephanie's post. I can relate to having things lost or damaged in moves, but for her loss it was just so overwhelming because it was just a fluke.

I can still remember my mom crying when she discovered all the pictures from my and my two sisters early childhood were missing in a move. But we later found out that they were thrown away for spite by the idiot step person who married her. When you do not have any memory of it, you cannot understand how just so much it hurts, It only hurts when you can remember all the many memories.

I know she will get through this, she is so very strong

were you surprised tonight? I was that he did actually did it but totally agreed with him!!!

my DH says he keeps waiting for someone to fire someone on their team for being useless - I would have fired Marcus this season!!!

I think I will have to agree -

I really like Rebecca but I am just not so sure she has what it takes - although she has kicked butt with a broken ankle!!

I love that they stole the megaphones last week and the other team tried to whine about it and Trump and Bill both said - I think that is awesome!! I was cracking up!!

I really get a kick out of watching the reality shows..
this season's Amazing Race started almost in my back yard. The first place that they started from was about 3 miles from my home.
As nosey as i am, I didnt even know they were there!!!
