Tammi -- I'm feeling the same way right now. First, Breathe! Next, prioritize your lists. I, too have my busiest time of the year at work, son in soccer playoffs (so had to change birthday party to the following weekend!), the birthday party, school party I am in charge of etc. I would do short sleeve shirts and put turtlenecks underneath them. That way, if they are for a specific event/day, you have more flexibility. If I get any of my designs done, that's what I will do.

Good luck with it all.

legalslave - glad to hear that your DD will get to go home soon. Prayer and :wizard:

Kate - Feel better soon. No one likes it when the Queen is sick. :wizard: to you.

goingforbroke - You have a beautiful family and your shirts came out great. Looks like everyone was have a wonderful time.

Denise - I can't beleive that your trip is finally here. :goodvibes You and your family are going to have a very Magical time. Take lots of pics. You can never have to many. I'm so excited for you.

Good news! Melanie (my daughter) is out of intensive care as of 9:00 o'clock this morning. She expects to go home tomorrow or Wednesday. Thanks again for all the pixie dust.

I am at work now, but have to leave at 12:30. I witnessed a will about ten years ago, and now it's being contested, so I have to be a witness at a hearing. I can't believe they think I can remember!! I've witnessed countless wills. I guess all I can tell them is that if I thought that the man was incompetent, I would have refused to witness.

I'm so glad Melanie's feeling better.

Don't you just love witnessing wills? I hope I never have to testify, but if I did, I would say the same thing.

Tammi - I'm with you!!!!! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

A few nervous breakdowns in the past week or so made me realize how FANTASTIC this vacation is going to be!

I need to ask for some pixie dust, too. Turns out my flight to kansas city (from Indy) tomorrow is moved up to 5:08. Meanwhile, I am in Oxford, OH and am not really supposed to leave this thing I have to do for class until 3 something... which would put me at the airport at 5:10. Not gonna' work..

Gotta pack and figure this out soon!

Thanks for the PD for the tests last week. I did fine, but today's was another story...... :guilty:

I'm not sure I'll have internet (unless I pick up a wireless signal somewhere on the laptop, which is possible) so I might not be on until Saturday. That is if I make my flight. Don't miss me too much!

Thanks!!
i had to laugh at this because my dad was on the phone today with disney making last minute calls and they told him to have a magical trip--he got off the phone, looked at me, and was like "they really do say that!?!"
he thought i was making it up :)

Thanks for all of your replies. You are right, just step back and try to relax. Deep breaths. Prioritize, with lists. Thanks for all of the advice. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. I'm sure it will all come together in the end.

It always does.... it's just not always pretty getting to that end, and it CERTAINLY doesn't always seem like it's going to get there. :goodvibes

How do/did you all get through this? Any suggestions?

Ever had egg nog - spiked??? How about large glasses of wine?? Either should help; you'll either get it done, or not care about not getting it done! Just take a deep breath and you'll get everything done. But here's some :wizard: for you just in case!!

Sending you pixie dust - but if you follow your own advice above, you should be fine. Don't sweat the small stuff!!!

Everyone leaving - have a great trip!!

June - I am so glad DD is doing better!

Everyone's shirts look awesome!!

Kate - hope you're up and about in no time. Hope it's just a 24 hour bug and not the real flu!!! (Did you notice that Amy didn't DENY anything? She just razzed you about telling everyone she didn't go to the bathroom). Hmmmm.

That **** lawyer kept asking the same questions over and over, but disguised as new ones. He seemed to think I am an idiot. I've probably been working in the law longer than he has (24 years). He was really getting on my nerves, so when he asked if I had asked the man if he had anything that would keep him from being capable of signing a will (poor eyesight, hearing, etc.) - mind you, I had already told him about 50 times that I did not remember any particulars of this will signing, I only knew my signature and that I would not have witnessed the will if I thought the testator was incompetent - anyway, I told him that I had been in the room with him for quite awhile now and I hadn't asked HIM if he were competent. I also told him I didn't remember if I dropped the soap in the shower ten years ago, either, but if I had broken my hip, I would have. In other words, there was nothing about this will signing that would make it stand out in my memory. It was a routine will signing. I was in there answering his dumb questions for over an hour!! I'm glad I now work in commercial litigation and am not often asked to witness a will. Can you tell I thought it was an utter waste of my time and the client's funds?

Call the airline - if they changed the schedule to one that you cannot meet, it is up to them to find one that you can - even if it's on another airline.
