ReAnSt...OMG where did you find that Mike and Sully avatar? That is too cute.

I did not write this - but wanted you all to see it!!!

http://buzz.yahoo.com/buzz_log/?fr=fp-buzz-more

you know how yahoo has their buzz page and talks about what is being searched - here is a blurb from tonight's buzz

There's something about the name Kate. It conjures up images of the girl next door: healthy, beautiful, someone who hates the DH rule, and can turn straight men speechless with a smile. That's what we think of when we think of Kate. You might imagine something slightly less stalkerish. (ETA: unless you are Amy) Regardless, with plenty of Kates in the news, we took the opportunity to check out who's most popular in Search.

Surprisingly - I did not make the top 10 Kate searches in Yahoo :confused3

Well, I really wanted to make a flour/water shirt for MVMCP...but I could only find purple fabric spray here...I don't have too many craft stores and when I tried to order the paint online it would have taken too long to come. So I choose to make 4 red shirts with a flour/water design and then used liquid tulip paint to paint around...that is how I started.
DH enlarged this punch image for me and printed it on cardstock...I cut out the black part:

Then, I layed it on the red shirt (with a cardboard in the shirt so the paint didn't go though the other side) and filled it up with flour and water:

I let it dry some, then painted two layers of white paint and one layer of silver glitter over the Mickey:

I let it dry, then removed the flour/water and washed the shirt:

The paint dryed over the mixture and it took a while to get it all off. After the red shirts, I just used the cardstock pattern and painted inside the area...I will post those next....they were very easy to do.

DH enlarged this punch image and printed it for me on cardstock, then I cut out the black:

I layed the cardstock on the shirt (the shirt had a cardboard inside) and taped the cardstock down well, then my DD(3 1/2) used a sponge to paint in the white. I touched up the white a little, added a layer of silver glitter. Next, I gently removed the cardstock while the paint was wet and outlined the castle with the silver glitter:

I did the green for me and the black for my friend:

They were a lot of fun. :teeth:

I took this picture on our Oct.trip. Thought maybe it would work for a t-shirt design for someone. It might be to dark, but thought I would post it.

EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY!!!

My friend was side sacked by her family! 3 of them are joining us at WDW!! She would like to make them t-shirts, so I decided on the design that has the four parks and it says Walt Disney World under it- No problem. My problem is that I got my paper from Macintosh today- but no instructions etc- I don't know which are the dark and which are the light!

Can anyone tell me? One page has a purple line go from top to bottom- the other has 2 lines going across the paper that are blue and red.

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got my paper and the instructions said the dark has a double stripe on it and the light has a purple stripe. Hope I'm not too late posting this for you.

How fun and how creative! Way to go, Erich! :cool1:

I have a pathetic 34 posts on this board cos as soon as I turn my back you do another 10 pages!

Hope everyone who's sick gets better, and anyone moving to Orlando doesn't forget to invite me to their house warming (hope you don't mind putting me and the family up for a week or three :rolleyes1 )

Now, can I read the rest of my email alerts without you posting another 10 pages or do i have to flounce off to one of the other craft threads? ;)

A while back some one wanted Disney Thanksgiving picture for their signature. I went to google and did a search for "Disney Thanksgiving" and Mike and Sully in Thanksgiving garb happened to appear. I thought it was too cute and so I changed my avatar to it. It comes from the site Ultimate Disney Unfortunately this is the size it was on the website, I did not alter it any.
