I am so excited! It's my last day at work today I've almost finshed my "projects" I've done my survival guide - a little book compiled from tips on the Dis and allears for each couple travelling with us - luggage tags - keyrings and mousekeeping tip envelopes. I've picked my deisgns and shirts so this weekend the transfer paper and the iron will be out...

Oh and everything is ready for the wedding too! dress all packed - tuxes ordered - ceremony written. Just waiting for some cute mickey head cufflinks I ordered from ebay as a gift for DH2B - but I have a feeling they're not going to turn up on time... We fly next Thursday so this time next week we'll be in Florida

we are VERY catholic and my mom would die if we had not gotten married in a Catholic church - but I really think a WDW wedding would be perfect -

so when we got home last week - DH says to me - so I was checking out the GF wedding Pavilion - - and I think it is the perfect place for Julia to get married - I told him that I thought it was pretty expensive and not a catholic church - he told me both could be worked around and if she and I ever wanted to have her wedding there - he was on board

of course - she swears boys are yucky and she is going to live with me forever!!

Just want to post a quick HELLO, GOOD-BYE and THANK YOU SO MUCH. Especially Julia & Nicks Mom for helping with my cruise t-shirt design.

I did not change much but added a Benji inspired, personalized Mickey head to the front of each shirt.

We are leaving in a few hours for our first ever cruise and when I return I will attempt to post pictures of our shirts. Yes, I am still up printing door signs and DH is working on the t-shirts. Did not realize until the literal 12th hour, despite all y'alls words, I had the type of transfer that needs stitch witchery to stick to the t-shirt. UUGGGHH! DH was nice enough, bless his heart, to take that chore on. He irons better than I do!!

Thanks so much for all of you help posted here, as well as, your incredible designs. I downloaded the PS2 trial and had ALOT of fun playing with it. I completely understand how the DDA came to be.

WOW - I love the Philharmagic picture - where did you find it? I'm going to use it as my test pic and put it onto one of my T-Shirts - just in the interests of research you understand to make sure my DS's birthday shirts are OK

When we got married there weren't a lot of choices in the UK anyway - you got married in a church or a registry office (which was generally a very plain boring room with a hideous arrangement of chrysanthemums). Now you can choose castles, stately homes and all sorts.

I tried to persuade DH to have a rehitching ceremony on our trip but the Garden Grill was closed I've suggested we have a Silver Wedding vow renewal as he says we can go back in 10 years - then I saw the costs on someone's thread

Perhaps if the UK schools switch to a 2-week autumn break I might persuade him before then.... although I wouldn't fancy sharing my vacation with a hurricane!

We ran into you at MNSSHP ( I think it was on the 20th ) on the bridge by AdventureLand, I wished your Dad a Happy Birthday but he was in his own world, took 2-3 times for him to relize it was him that I was wishing well.

I remember that - we had to yell at him that someone was wishing him a happy birthday --- how funny! I didn't think I saw any Disers this weekend - I guess I was wrong! Thanks for wishing him a happy birthday... I don't think he really realized that a lot of people would say it to him - HEHE.

At end of Apprentice, I was so stunned I could not speak, breathe or even use a swear word. .I called Steffy and left her a message. She was in shock as well. Here, where I live we can watch a rerun of it on on CNBC...I need to do that, I know I missed something.
Ya'll watch it so we can discuss it!!!

Thanks for the information on CNBC. I just looked at their schedule and it looks like I can watch it at 8:00 or 11:00 EST tonight!

DS11 had a "Movie Poster Book Report" to finish up last night and I ended up having to completely turn off all of the televisions, and I didn't have time to grab a tape. When I read all the reviews, I was devastated that I missed it.

So glad I can catch it tonight .

First let me say your Hercules family costumes are AWESOME!!!! SOOOOO Cute and Clever!!

My little one Colby is going to be a Christmas Tree. I'm going to make the costume similar to the Bee Hive, only getting wider toward the bottom. I'll get some battery operated christmas lights and some small ornaments to finish it off. I'v always wanted to do Christmas style costumes, but never have. We have a Santa Costume so maybe dh can go as Santa.

I was a Christmas tree for a party one year (won 1st prize! ). You can purchase a helium filled star shaped balloon and attach it to be the star on the top of the tree. (I wrapped the ribbon around my ponytail.) I also wrapped boxes that I could slide my shoes into. The bottoms were open so I could walk find - just had to put my tennis shoes on after my feet were in the box. I also sewed cheap garland around the tree (I used green felt to make a 'tree' dress). The battery operated lights look fantastic but the battery pack is heavy because of the D batteries so I used a fanny pack to carry that.

Since you have the holiday season (and clearance ) ahead, you may be able to find some better lights/ornaments then I could. I can't wait to see those pictures!!

I once ironed on a tie for my FIL - it wasn't pure silk but it had a silky feel to it

I am going to make sweatshirts, night shirt, & a pillowcase with the designs for my neices & nephews.

You had made this design (with all the characters) for my kids a while back & they want to wear that nightshirt every night..also had to make them 2 pillowcases each as that is their favorite.

You could go with an intimate - up to 12(?) guests and it's really not that expensive... well in relation to a uk ceremony anyway
