Kate did you ever receive your Rebate on the PhotoImpact from CompUSA?

I received one of them last week. Still waiting for the other one.

Welcome back Cinderumbrella. Great photos.

Thank you all for your input. You made me feel better about keeping things the way they are and dealing as things change around us. I feel much better.

No I did not!

Baloo, I don't care what anyone on the craft board is saying..I simply won't read it..we appreciate your efforts here!!! :grouphug:

Kate, I did notice your new avatar..very cute!!! :teeth:

Deb, my 6 year old ds is "gifted"..he was reading & writing since he was 18 months old. (no credit to me, he just came that way! ) My almost 10 year old dd gives him her homework to check at night. We try to treat them equally & I think what you are doing so far is great. If the boys are adjusted & enjoy doing stuff together then I would leave what you are doing just as it is. Sounds like you have some great kids!!!!! :goodvibes

Lyn5 - Awesome shirt!

Glynis - Wonderful to hear about your weight loss... :cheer2:

Cinderumbrella - Thanks for sharing the pictures..I love the Halloween one!!! Hope you had a great time!

:wave2: Hi everyone!

You all have been very busy while we were away!! A whole board!!!! And the 10,000th post!!!!!

Our trip was wonderful. Kyle had a blast and loved meeting all of the characters. The T shirts were a big hit!! We got the most comments on the "My Daddy gave up World Series Tickets so I could meet Mickey" shirt (he wore that one and DH wore his Sox Jersey the day after the Sox won it all).
Also got several comments on Kate's "You guys are wearing me out shirt" with the sleeping Baby Mickey.

Midnite's "Our first family trip to WDW" shirt we all wore on the same day with our names on the back also got a lot of attention.

And, I dare say we were the stars of the castle in our Princess Mommy, King Daddy (Yup- I got him to wear it!!!!!) and Prince Kyle shirts.

Thanks again to all the DDA's who designed the shirts. We are planning a December trip next year so I will be looking for some good Christmas designs!! Also, I asked Santa to bring me Photo Impact so I can finally contribute to the madness (I have so many ideas in my head, But I am so limited using word!)

Here are just a couple of the 250 pictures we took down there!

Meeting Mickey for the first time

WDW20052027.jpg

Doesn't this just say it all?

WDW20052152.jpg

He would have sat there all day if we would have let him!

Going to MNSSHP on the 31st!
Too cute! Beautiful family.

Kate you work fast. I had just saw the picture scrooled down to see what his name was as I remembered seeing her in her profile. called DD in to see it and you had the names on it.

Yea! DH gave the "word" that we can go to WDW for MNSSHP next year! The party was so much fun this year but we missed alot (it poured & they cancelled the 1st parade so the 2nd was packed, ds fell asleep) so we really wanted to do it again! This will require taking my (then) 5th grader out for 4 days from school which makes me nervous. :guilty: I took her out in Oct for 3 days & just got her report today..all A's, so I feel better.

I just added a new counter to my siggy!!! I am so excited..oh no..all my shirts say "2005" on them...guess I'll have to make new ones!!! K..A..T..E!!!!!!!

Did you ever call to see if they had even processed it?

It still took 4 weeks from the time they told me it had processed.
:confused3

Just ran home to wrap the b'day presents. All 3 have double ear infections and sinus infections. Davis' is so bad we have an emergency appt with the ENT tomorrow at 2:20pm. He may have to have surgery to close the gaping hole in his ear drum next week before he's allowed to fly. They all have tubes, but the infection was so bad it completely ruptured the ear drum (very large hole).

So, giving them all Advil for pain (they don't have fevers amazingly) and will go to the party and eat some cake and pizza.

Would appreciate any PD you have.

Someone remind me I've skipped 5 pages to post this - I'm on a trip tomorrow so I'll have probably 50 pages when I get back!

sending triple the pixi dust for your 3 along with :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Denise - that totally stinks!!

Julia's ear drum ruptured as a baby - she instantly felt better and it healed on its own - I hope Davis' does!! :wizard:

My niece had to have a hole in her ear drum fixed - but they will probably take a wait and see attitude first - she was not allowed to fly for 60 days after the surgery

:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: poor babies!!! :grouphug: to you too!

I am caught up on this tread, now I got to look at all the other ones.... we are so big I can't keep up :confused3

Denise,

I'm sending oodles of :grouphug: and tons of :wizard: to all 3 of your kids. It is no fun having an ear infection, I can't imagine what a sinus infection on top of it is doing to them. Thank heaven for antibiotics. Let us know about the surgery. We can all put him in our prayers for you. However, on the bright side, it happened in time to get it taken care of before your trip. I flew with DD when she was 4. I didn't know she had an ear infection, as she has a very high pain tolerance level. Needless to say, when we landed it was VERY evident that there was a problem. Ear drum blew out, and a very yucky flight!

Seriously, I hope they get much better.
