J&N's Mom - could you post the evolution of Mickey with a border around it? It will make it easier to transfer onto a dark colored shirt. I think someone did it earlier but I didn't want to have to search. Thanks

OK, I need help guys. I tried to make a sparkly blue Danauk signature but failed miserably!! I keep ending up with just the blue box. I saved the name in step 2 as transparent as well so I know that is correct.
Help!!

Can someone post the picture of the castle which is slightly faded into the backround? I have been looking for it but cannot locate..someone use it for a beautiful design with the words from "this is love" on it..if you have I just need the castle..Thanks!

Hi everyone............I have 2 questions about different things, so here goes...........
1. When making the tie dye shirts.............does it matter what kind of thread you use to sew the mickey head? I can not find wax thread. I have found glace' finish thread and nylon thread, but not wax, so if anyone knows where I can get the wax thread or if the kind I have will work.......thanks

2. With the transfers, have those who've tried, find that the dark tshirt transfers are better even for white shirts? I don't want them to crack. I used a regular one for a white shirt and then washed it and it cracked. Granted it was an older shirt and it was a practice, but I want these great designs to last more than one wearing.

You can use any strong thread. I've done lots of these and use what I have on hand that is STRONG. Typically, I use my cross-stitch floss, DMC floss. I use all 6 strands together so it's nice and strong when you go to pull all the gathers...

It looka likw iluvcountry sorted this out for you - but I have a suspicion you put an apostrophe in your file name - which might be the prohibitive character...

Actually I managed to figure out that I had done that on my own right about the time I was pm'ing iluvcountry. Actuall MinnieMouseMom ended up making my sig for me. I gave up after 3 tries i kept getting numbers and letters in it.

Just save it and upload it to your own Photobucket, etc type account so it doesn't drain my bandwidth.
