Maybe I'm having a senior moment, but is there a place in any of the parks to just get a deli type sandwich at lunch? I can't think of any.

In the MK try Gaston’s Tavern for their sandwiches. You have a choice of Ham and Swiss, Turkey and Gouda, or a Fruit and Cheese Platter. The choices are limited but good quality and may be more in line with what you are looking for. It’s a refreshing change from the other quick service burger places. Enjoy!

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot usually has some really good sandwich options! If you're in Disney Springs, of course hit up Earl of Sandwich!
