Ahh I do remember Jungle Josh's site, that is how I first met him. He really is a wonderful guy if anyone lives near him. I only wish I was closer. Hello to Jen and Zen....still Bored and Single on a Saturday Night? I joined Dismates...I'm number 23, glass_slippers. I have a friend here who is just as obsessed with Disney as I am, but I don't think their is a spark there from him, just good friends. Sucks because he is so wonderful, cute and a joy to be with. Alas that is my luck again. So I hope their some other guys out there, possibly in the SC area...wink.

Thank you guys for visiting dismates.com and registering! I've been reluctant to post the link here on The Dis out of respect for the board owners (I do have it in my profile). But, I guess it's OK since someone else (TOPPER!!) posted it!

Yes, I'm a married woman, but I saw a need out there for people who love all things Disney to have a good way to meet up with other singles. I hope you all will come by and visit.

Well I love the idea, I'm so excited about it. I think just having a place where singles can meet who love disney is excellant. I hope it takes off quickly. Maybe everyone could PM people about it to spread the word. I just wish others had put where they are from, location is important to me.

I agree with all that was said. You would think that guys would not have a problem. I guess that part of the problem is, as usual, being in places that allow for people to meet. A club is not necessarily a good place to meet another Disney lover. That is why I was hoping for some other method.

Yes, my username here is CALIFLADY (I used to live in CA). Then my tag came from when I lived in Japan in 2003-2004. Apparently, the Tag Fairy wanted to visit me in Tokyo! So I'm a little Internationally spread out, but still have a love for our American Disney.

I made it to Disneyland for the first time in almost 40 years when I was in CA on business in March 2005. Way cool to see California Adventure for the first time! I plan to make it to WDW in 2008 or 2009 (I know, it's a long way off...).

Has anyone used eHarmony before and still had no luck finding a Disney person? I was thinking about using that service but I am a little apprehensive about it.

I haven't used it (yet). Try typing eharmony into your search engine-- sometimes if a company has alot of complaints or problems, there will be a consumer website set up for disgruntled customers. I've been able to avoid a few potential disasters with other companies by doing that.

I'd say go ahead and use eharmony. That thing seems to be one of, if not the best, dating sites on the internet. I hear about it all the time and though I've never used it and more than likely, never will, it sounds nice.
