Disney Data Collection??

Why do CM's ask a million questions every time you call in order to "update" your data in the computer? A recent experience makes me question if anyone ever uses this information. A couple of weeks ago, dh and I had to change the dates of our July trip (He'll be at a conference in Atlanta over the dates we had originally booked.). Well, we received an e-mail yesterday telling us that the 4-way MYM tickets would be perfect for our long weekend stay. Well, they would be...except we're PAP holders!!!
