Disney D-tech iPhone Case

Does anyone own a Disney D-tech iPhone case? I really want to purchase the Haunted Mansion Wallpaper Disney D-tech case for my iPhone 6, but would like some opinions on them? How durable are they? If you own one, have you dropped your phone? Thanks in advance.

I've had a couple for my old iphone 4. I loved them, but they were more of a pretty dressing for the phone. I did drop my phone multiple times, and though the phone was fine, the case would crack of break pretty easily. I'd say if the price feels like an investment, then it prob isn't worth it.

I had one for my iphone 4 I liked it, I dropped my phone multiple times and it only cracked once, a little piece off the side that didn't really matter anyway. I want one for my iphone 6 plus but they seem to only have them for the 6 not the 6+

The 6+ case is available. But currently only four designs. I work at Pop Century merchandise and I am looking for one that I like. But I also may decide to get one of the custom ones in DTD.

I have one for my 5s. I have dropped my phone multiple times. I cracked it once when I dropped it in the street (it landed face-down).

I had one for iphone 4s, didn't like it much, it was cute, but offered no protection, the one I use now has a slight edge along the face of it, so when it is laid down the screen doesn't touch any surface, which the disney one didn't have,it was literally just a flat cute cover,not even that little edge. I sold it.

They are cute, but they offer virtually no protection to the phone. I wouldn't mind the cost if they did a better job of protection, but basically they remind me of the cheap cases you can get at the mall kiosks that look nice but don't really do anything else. I'll stick with my Otter Box.

I have the iphone 5 and I have bought 3 of the D-tech cases. I personally love them. I seek out the ones with the rubber grippy edge that have the plastic back. While it's not as sturdy as say an otterbox, I like the grippy sides that prevent the phone falling out of my hand. I've dropped my phone a few times with the case on and it suffered no damage. (It's fallen flat and fallen where the corner hit the floor.) I can't speak for the all hard plastic type ones.

I have one of the custom ones for my 5S, and While I have never dropped my phone (knock on wood!) i like that it has a lip so that if you lay it face down the screen does not touch.
DH had one for his 4S that was similar. He switched it to another case that did not have a lip, it fell out of his pocket and totally smashed the screen. Needless to say, we always look for cases with a lip now!

I have the HM one for my 4s and I've dropped my phone twice in two years. Nothing happened to the phone but I'm also a bit careful with it.

I did chip off a SMALLLLLLLLL piece of paint from the case, but at least it wasn't my phone.

Thanks CheshireFigment, they aren't available on line as of yet and when I was there in October they only had the 6 cases even in the custom one's and as of now I won't get back to the World until August.

We just bought 3 for 3 different phones. The ones for the 6 and 5S both had a silicone edge, with the lip, while the one for the 4S is just hard plastic with no lip. So yes, I think they have changed them.
