Disney Cruise with Points?

When the time comes I will have to ask on that as we did the dvc cruise in 2003 just my husband and myself and used I think 176 or 196 points for the 2 of us in a cat 11. I would like to go up a step for the few extra points. We will see. Thanks for the advise and I hope all works out that we can go. We are planning on going to Disney one way or the other in 2006.

Let me echo this sentiment and add another nuance. There have been incidences in the past where members have booked at 11 months out but before the points tables were out. In all the cases I've heard about, the member was obligated to the new schedule. I don't know what would happen if the increase meant one didn't have enough points. My guess is DVC would take what they could and then take more later as one had the points available.
