Having done 5 RCCL cruises and only 1 DCL cruise-they both have great things about them! RCCL is great when DH and I take the kids but don't plan on spending a lot of time with them 
DCL was wonderful-we took our 4 yr.old for special mommy/daddy/frankie time-we had such a wonderful time that we are going for a land/sea week in Jan.-our whole extended family is joining us. Both lines are great they are just different!
