Thinking about next years holiday.

Will it be cheaper to book cruise through UK travel co, or through disney itself.

Just thinking about booking via UK co, with flights, cruise and then flydrive, and use points for DVC stay.

Or would it be cheaper/easier to book flydrive, then cruise with disney then DVC for our land accomodation.

I booked the flight, flydrive, villa the cruise, all separate as i think it is cheaper than book fly and cruise together.

Also : DISNEY CRUISE : Next year there will be europe 2007 and announcement will be tomorrow at EPCOT (i think our times is 5 hours behind)?

I am waiting to hear by tomorrow as not know where about in europe yet, could be spain, france??

I do not know if it is any cheaper but next time would book direct. We booked through travel agent and they were not forthcoming with information, nor the refund we had because of the re-routed cruise.

If you book through a travel agent and want to speak to Disney Cruise Line about that reservation they will not speak to you and just tell you to phone your travel agent. I got so annoyed about that as was not getting the information. Also it only came to light when I tried to book parasailing on the web site that the travel agent had not paid our money over as they should have done and we were very lucky to get the booking. Would rather deal direct and I know it is done.

I booked with Dream Unlimited.

(As I find travel in UK charge you more so I had been looking around and found and i think dream unlimited reasonable.)

We booked ours separate from flights etc through Transolar. No problems and we got upgraded on arrival at port
Not sure how competitive prices are now, but they were quite good 2 years ago. Only thing to consider is transfers may be included with a package but aren't with independant bookins so you need to drive then park hire car at Canaveral which adds to the cost.

I booked my first DCL cruise through Virgin and it was ok, no problems,but since then I have booked through Dreams unlimited, last year the dollar /pound rate was very good so i paid the last two DCL cruises off quickly with a ship board credit.

DU help you and with the DCL reference they give you, you can book Palos and Shore trips in advance, and pre regeister your passports and Kids club.

I still use VH for the flights nad non Disney bits, but have now used DU for the Polyneisan as well as they booked all my ADR meal ressies.

Look out for tommorrow as the DCL Magic is on its way to England!!!!!( I think) before the Med.

We used DU for our last cruise - it was $1000 cheaper than DCL direct The service from them was excellent as well, you can always ask for a quote - there is no obligation.

Hi there,

We booked via www.expedia.com, ignore the rubbish about no booking via .co.uk just ask to collect the tickets at the port oruse Dreams Unlimited which were even cheaper.

The Cruise Line is fantastic, it should be known as the Waistline because you sail away from that too.
