Disney cruise line weddings

I am currently weighing up the pros and cons of marrying on disney cruiseline opposed to wdw.

One thing that is swaying me towards wdw wedding is you can arrange for characters, I have looked on disney official site for cruise but dont seem to be able to hire them, does anyone know if this is possible ?
