Disney Cruise Day in WDW - Help

This is a great thread, we are considering the 11/2018 sailing next year and this information is really helpful! I do know a special excursion is offered where you get on the top rides at each park but it's pretty pricey, but would be so much fun!

That's what I kind of assumed; Magic Bands (or in our case KTTW cards) won't work for rides. But so fireworks and parades, maybe? I know MNSSHP you get a wristband. Just wondering about EMH if you're already there for fireworks. I myself think I'd be leaving at 9 just bc we'll be exhausted and the bus back to PC takes 90 min (or more I am sure).

You can walk around the park and visit shops / restaurants but can't get on rides without scanning magic band.

We are going on this itinerary next November as well! I have done it once before in 2012, but am trying to find out how much as changed.

@KarenMom we are on this same cruise. Not sure if you noticed, but MK has extra magic hours from 9-11pm.

Can anyone clarify hour this works? It says all aboard at 11:59, but I'm not sure leaving MK at 11 will get us back on time. Called, and got the "hour after closing" but they also didn't clarify the EMH situation.

It would be awesome if we could take some advantage of the EMH. In past years, the park has been empty and we have gotten to really get on a lot of extra rides. Think leaving 10:30 would be safe???

Can't wait!!!! 3rd cruise, both previous on the fantasy. We are back on the fantasy in June, but can't wait to experience another ship. This itinerary is awesome. And being from Philly, departing out of NY is great.

When I cruised this itinerary in 2012, we didn't leave the park until after the last fireworks of the night. We made it back to the ship in plenty of time, but it made for a LONG day. I don't know about the evening EMH, but one way to take advantage of getting into the parks early would be to make breakfast reservations before park opening at a restaurant inside the park. If you have the reservations, they will let you in, you can have a fast breakfast and be in line for the popular rides when the parks open. They won't let you ride until the park officially opens, but they will let you be first in line.

Yes got all that stuff, I was thinking more like reviews and info, how the Marvel day went, etc. So I'll just have to wait and be surprised.
