49 days!! The next 2 weeks are going to DRAG ON AND ON until i start getting confirmations from Brie! Then the last 4 are going to FLY!!!

I'm getting a standard cake, standard flowers, and bringing my own freeze dried rose petals. My dh and I are going to eat dinner at Palo late one night, but don't know which one yet. Waiting on Brie for that one.

Ummm...no hair appointments for us. That's pretty much it! Nothing out of the ordinary. They did agree to put out a few decorations for me. I just have to get on it and finish them!

There's not much out of the ordinary for us either. Our Palo reservation mysteriously disappeared online, so we talked about that. A couple of our guests have dietary restrictions, so there were cake arrangements regarding that as well.

Today I did a quickie hair trial with my hair extensions and all my jewelry. I haven't seen it all put together yet. I LOVED it! It has really gotten me excited!!

My highlights have to be spread out through the extensions more. I'm getting my hair done in about 3 weeks. I can't wait.

Our ceremony is 3 weeks from today!!!

We board 2 weeks from tomorrow!! Holy cow. I pick up my dress tomorrow. It's very simple, but did need a little altering. I hope it turns out well.

I got some cute Disney flip flops for me and for DD for the ceremony, and I got our Bride/Groom ears at Disneyland last weekend. I'll post them as soon as I take some pictures!!

We STILL don't have a name for our onboard contact. That's been our only current snag. Everything else is ready to go. I have a hair appointment, and hope to get one for DD when we are onboard. We have standard flowers, except flowers for my hair and DDs. I'm a little nervous about how those will turn out, but other than color (no yellow or orange) I am not really picky. I am more just excited about our day!!! Since we have a CC VR, we'll change into our bathing suits after the reception and head out to Serenity Bay!! But I think we'll change back for the evening, and wear our ears to dinner!

I'm a little nervous about everything going smoothly with our families. They have never cruised (thankfully, all are huge Disney fans), and I hope it meets their expectations. We know we love DCL.

Just went to pick up our dresses-all 3 dresses are messed up. The straps weren't shortened on one of DDs dresses, the other one where ONLY the straps needed to be shortened- they're crooked! And don't get me started on mine. It's a mess. Needless to say- I'm furious.

Now I have to wait until Monday to see the seamstress.

I saw where someone asked who was the Coordinatior that they had gotten. DD said her Corridinator's name is Imran (I believe that is the spelling) I can't find the paper I wrote it down on) she said he use to be the consier (sp?) Does this name sound familiar to anyone??

Well, I STILL don't know who my onboard coordinator is!! I emailed Brie again on Monday, and I sail a week from Saturday! She said she still hadn't been told. This is the lack of communication that we've all complained about. I mean honestly, DCL truly doesn't know who is on charge of weddings/groups on NEXT week's Magic? Wouldn't the duty schedule be out by now? I hope I don't get someone who is brand new. Like all of us, I really want the day to go smoothly. Unlike a land based ceremony, we can't meet with the coordinator ahead of time. So we're trusting DCL, sight unseen.

On a better note, after 2 more fittings the dresses are a go. What a pain. At least I know not to use that seamstress again!

We leave for Florida in 8 days!!!!!!!!

Christine glad the dress is fixed! That's was nerve wrecking!

I can't believe you don't have the name of the coordinator yet!! That's just crazy! One more thing to add to the very long list of complaints we have.
