Gratuity ahead? Wonder what that is? Gratuities are considered not required.

There are no gratuities that I had to pay in regards to the wedding..only for the regular cruise tips (servers, stewards) which can be paid in cash or charged to the room account.

Maybe they are thinking of allowing you to PRE-pay for the gratuities..most cruises allow you to pay them ahead now but Disney had not started that last year.

I think pre-paid gratuities would be great! just one less thing to worry about on board! As long as you still have the option to change them if you feel the service was bad.

i heard from Brie about my planning kit. she just needed clarifcation on how many adults vs children, since i requested Lemonade be provided with the cake for the kids. Also to reinforce the max 20 guests for deck 7. eeek! getting close if grandparents come along! We'll worry about that then. She also said that we would have to provide sheet music for any songs not listed in the planning kit, whether it's Disney music or not. So i need to find music for Bella Notte, and Little Wonders, and You'll be in my Heart, and Ever Ever After and Everyday! YIKES! That's a lot of music! I wonder if i can get lucky and have all of it in a huge Disney songbook!

Jen..Google is the best way..I found our sheet music on there. I really hope you have Adam..he was so great playing the song in the lounge the night before..he was an awesome pianist!

Exciting...I'm hoping to receive mine soon- we leave a week from tomorrow!!

Had a bit of a meltdown over my dress last week...after I did the alterations it looked awful on me...since I got it on e-bay for a steal I went out and bought another one last night...I absolutly love it!!!

everything for the ceremony is disney music. our 1st dance and "reception" songs are regular songs.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have a unity candle as part of a ceremony onboard ship?My son and future dil are thinking they'd like one but I've never heard anyone mention it before.

I don't know that they would allow an open flame on a ship.....I do know that someone here had a Sand Ceremony, but when our DD was thinking of it they were told that you can do it but the Captain will not be a part of it. He basically has a ceremony that he does...does not add anything additional.

You can have the Sand Ceremony but you and whomever you would like are the only people involved....

We received it via regular mail. It took about a week from when Brianna said it was in the mail for us to get it (but I know you are in Canada and it may take a little longer). I really hope you get it soon...I was getting nervous since we were getting so close to leaving and still didn't have it.

They must not mail the confirmation of selections anymore...it seems like they are sure cutting it close to send the luggage tags, etc just the week before but perhaps they have a reason.

I leave in the morning!! I hope to pictures when we get back to AKL following the cruise!
