And it was so nice of you all to go before me, work out all the kinks to ensure my VR is perfect!! Thanks so much ladies!!

Lisa / Jennifer..I can tell you..they did not charge me anything extra for the changes to my bouquet...my beautiful bouquet that is still in a vase on my bar...the calla lilies are still fresh!!

They are charging me $100 for my bouquet upgrade. I am getting it full...like 40 roses and a few little crystals in it...that's it. Hmmm! They wanted to charge me $360 for a new one for the Magic Kingdom shoot....Isn't that nuts! I called an outside vender and they are doing it for $200 including delivery!

mine had about 12 roses, 3 green orchids, 6 white calla lilies and some greenery...i know because I just took it apart this morning to save the ribbon..
40 roses would be alot more..I guess that is why the up charge

no..the video will take a while..he has LOTS of video to import..from 2 cameras..i will have to be patient..he works on it each night and they turn out so good, they are worth the wait!!
(he makes a DVD for each of us every vacation)

I think you were going for a very large bouquet, like Lynn's TON of roses!!! I can see that's why they want to charge you the upgrade. But $360 for another one for your MK shoot, that's crazy. Is your shoot before or after your cruise? Since Betsy said hers was still looking so fresh a week later, maybe you can just take out any that look wilted for the shoot. Also from what I've read, you don't have much closeups of the flowers in your MK shoot.

it was very sad for me today to take it apart..the calla lilies still look perfect but the roses are starting to smell...very sad day..

I went to Michaels this weekend to try to find some silks..I found everything except the jade roses..so I am going to order those off the internet (god bless Al Gore for inventing it)

Betsy, you are a riot!!! I know the felling, when we came off and I started to do the TR on the cruise board, I couldn't wait to post pictures of the day!!!! If I had known of this board, I would have had 2 going at the same time!!

I think I will have to plan our 30th for another cruise.

Yeah Lynn's Bouquet was my inspiration...I sent pictures of it to my planner. My Photoshoot is after the cruise. I am too scared to chance it....We get on the cruise (the flowers come one with us) on a Sunday, we get off on Thursday and the MK Photos are on Monday so they will be over a week old.

oh yeah..i week is too long..mine came on the ship Thursday and the VR was Friday..I was home Sunday..if I had a photo shoot on Monday they would have been fine, but after a week, the roses started to show bruising

I wonder what mine will look like. We cruise out on Sunday with vr on Monday and then Thursday to Sunday well be at DW, coming home LATE on Sunday! Will I have anything left to bring home?? I was going for the tropical bouquet so I dont' know if there will be any roses in there.

there are roses in the tropical..remember..I just changed the colors..not the flowers
I think the ones I have seen have orangey roses and purple calla lilies..
they were the freshest flowers I have ever seen!!
