Just make little icons with a picture of the Dream that says MM on the Dream for everyone. Each one will have the player's character and the character's name on it. For example, here's one of the ones I made for the Typhoon Lagoon MM:

I usually use fotoflexer.com, but there's a couple of different sites and programs you can use. Hope this helps! ^_^
