If you booked on Disney Treasure in between Jan-May I've noticed on the go port website that they offering shuttle one way pre or post and round trip.
For Disney Fantasy go port hasn't released shuttles for Disney Fantasy for 2025 yet
Disney cruise busses won't be available to book for 2025 as they haven't released Disney busses for 2025 yet as it's too soon but they probably will sometime in summer.
Walt Disney World hotels should be able to add to your cruise when countdown clock reaches 310 day's prior sailing.
You can book Walt Disney World hotel at your own preference package or separately to your cruise as there's pros and cons about booking as a package or separately.
