Disney Crocs!

So...are these comfortable?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my Flip Flop Crocs. I'm 42 yrs young and love my pink and green ones. My DD5 loves her's and she and I both can't wait to be able to buy our Disney Crocs!! Hopefully, we'll have some when we cruise!

I found Shoe Station by doing a search for "disney crocs" at froogle.com (google's shopping site). They popped up a different page for each color I posted, and each page had pre-order info. And yes, all I could find were kids' sizes. Hopefully adult sizes won't be hard to find.

I got my first pair of Crocs just a couple weeks ago. This past weekend I spent most of two days on my feet organizing the garage, and I was surprised at how much less my back hurt than it usually does after that kind of work. I'm sold!!

Hideous? Yup. Comfy? Definitely!

I'd almost wear these at work just to scared the other girls...lol!

I agree, they are not the cutest shoe, but I have heel spurs and aside from my shoes with my ortho's in them, I can actually wear these. I mostly wear them around the house though! I do have a pair of the flip flops and I absolutely love them and will wear them out!

Try them, you'll like them!!!! :rotfl:

when I first saw them i thought I'd never wear them, but I'm a true convert.
Almost all shoes hurt my feet or give me blisters, but all the crocs I've tried have been great!! Now I don't care how they look--I'm going to try the new Mary Jane's and Prima--anyone try those yet?

I think these are the ugliest things next to Burkenstocks--then add socks--ah, the laughs we get at WDW at their expense.

But you throw a Disney spin and you might have a convert.

I just called the Crocs customer service line and was told they are working with Disney for the Disney Crocs, that they are NOT taking preorders and they are hoping to have them out before Christmas. Just keep checking their website. He also said to his knowledge, they will be in adult and children's sizes. I Love my Crocs and hope they have the Disney style out ASAP for our New Years cruise!! Please..Please..Please!! :yay:

found this article on them: http://denver.bizjournals.com/denver/stories/2006/07/31/daily28.html

Disney characters will become part of a limited edition of Crocs Inc. shoes, just in time for the 2006 holiday season.

Niwot-based Crocs (NASDAQ: CROX) announced Tuesday that the "Disney by Crocs" line will debut with Mickey Mouse die-cut Adult Beach and Kid's Cayman models. They'll be available in dual colors, including Mickey Mouse's signature black and red.

Other designs will include Mickey and Friends, Winnie the Pooh and Friends, Disney Princess, Disney Fairies, Pirates of the Caribbean, Toy Story and Cars.

An expanded product line is planned for spring 2007.

Woo Hoo Go Ducks !! I think this is our year after that Stanford game.... Though I always HOPE it is finally our year to get some recognition! :cool1:

To each their own! Comfort first and looks second. :woohoo:

My daughter was the first person to have Crocs in her school 2 year ago. I buy my shoes for comfort. Since I have a hard time finding any that do not rub blisters on my feet or add to the pain of the bone spur in my heel.

I have to agree, when I saw these shoes I thought they were the ugliest shoe i had ever seen. I bought a pair before our 3 week trip to disney!!
I have never had a more comfortable shoe! I LOVE THEM!! I am overweight and never once did my feet hurt from walking! And when they get wet they dry really fast!!

I think a lot of people are saying there are ugly... even those who are wearing them... It's weird how you get used to seeing things. When I FIRST saw them I thought they were quite the eyesore. Now I hardly notice someone wearing them.

What do podiatrists say about these shoes? Just curious.

We were in Vegas a few weeks ago and Crocs was the sponsor of a volleyball tournament there. I did like the sandal versions they had there and considered buying some for myself...

I'm a new Crocs convert. I bought my first pair last Friday. On Saturday, I bought a pair for my six year old granddaughter, because she was walking around in mine and wouldn't take them off.

Yes, they're ALMOST the ugliest shoes I have ever worn. They are ABSOLUTELY the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I'm going to buy a pair of some style in black so that I can wear them in the office and on days when I have to stand all day doing presentations.

Mine got soaked in the rain on Saturday, and dried within a few minutes. I don't care who laughs at my feet. I am heading to WDW the day after tomorrow, and I will have the best time I have ever had because my feet won't hurt!

I've had surgeries on both my feet and have a very hard time finding ANY shoe that is comfortable, so I'm considering these with all the positive comments. Whatever they are made out of feels like the same insert I use and without that my feet hurt.

So I was at the local mall and found some crocs and tried them on and they were ok, I'd like to wear them for a bit longer than the time I had. But my question is this... They only had them in sizes S, M, L, etc, with the small being a 6-7 and the M being 8-9. The S felt a little too small but the M felt too big, so for those who have them, do they kinda shrink a bit when they mold to your foot?

I am also between the S and M sizes. I actually own both. You can "stretch" the smaller ones by very carefully putting them in the dryer for a couple minutes (like 2 to 3 minutes) and then immediately put them on while they are still warm. I like the M size when my feet feel a little swollen or I am wearing socks. I mostly buy the M size since I find that the little too big is just more comfortable.

There are also other styles that come in more exact size, but they are very hard to find in stores around here and I have never tried them on....

Yes it is all true. Ugly shoe. But a joy to wear. I never even wear sandals. I'm an athletic shoe person. But My DW talked me into a pair that I wear around the house and now that is the first thing I do when I get home from work. They are wonderful. I still can't wear them out but that's just me. Now I want a pair with the Disney theme... Too bad it's only kids sizes so far. After all Disney fans are all just big kids at heart right? :)

My only comment is ........2,300 views on a thread about what everyone admits is an UGLY shoe!

I guess I'm in the minority.

I don't think Crocs are ugly.

I think they are colorful and fun (not to mention comfortable). I can't wait to own a Disney pair or two or three.

But you don't think they are stylish and sexy! LOL! I can't wait for the Disney ones too.
