(I am the OP of this thread)..
My original order came in exactly one week MINUS one pair. I got on the phone with crocs CS and waited 26 minutes on hold, to be rudely told that I "should have received an email notifying me that that one pair was out of stock and that part of the order was cancelled" (I did not receive that email, and told him so, and then he said that there "should have been a notification in the box"...again..no, followed by a fairly pathetic apology. So I asked if I could re-order another pair and he said no that I would have to do it again online...which I did on 6/24. On my first order there was an email that stated it was shipping, but as of yet, no such email for my second order.
I know this is a good deal, but what a pain in the bum experience!
