Disney Credit Card

I know there's supposed to be a new Disney Visa, but is that taking the place of the Disney Credit Card?

If it is replaced and I haven't applied for the new Visa, what happens to any outstanding $ on your Disney card?

From what I understand it IS taking the place of the DCC. You should call the number on your statement and ask the details.

I know it the new card comes available March 4.

The way it looks is that they will keep the current Disney Credit Card accounts open. BUT...you can no longer apply for a new account.
So in that sense....yes it is replacing the Disney CC.
Not sure if having a DCC now will have any baring on if a new Visa will be issued????

But anyone that was either a current DCC holder, Disney Club member, Annual Pass holder, or DVC member received information that enables them to apply beginning March 4 and receive a card that has "member since DAY 1" on it.

The way I understand it is that anyone can get the "DAY 1" status card, just by signing up at the following link, and then on March 1st, more info will be emailed to you.
