I've heard people say that the disney princess costumes sold in the park are different than the ones in the Disney store and that they are nicer. Is there a site where you can see the park costumes and is there any way to get them like through one of those third party purchasers. Thanks in advance.

I purchased one off e-bay. Just search for which ever princess you want. Ex: disney world jasmine costume
They can be pricey- but are very much like the ones the princesses wear in the parks. I like them much better than the ones from DisneyStore. Just watch for a lower priced one and good luck! princess:

I don't know if you'll be able to get a look at them ahead of time but WDW Merchandising at (407) 363-6200 can get you anything that you saw in any store on property. It will be regular retail price plus shipping.

Ebay is a great place for those costumes. They seem to change each year-- and it's a great place to get one you want in the exact style you want.

I don't have girls, so I don't know, but the Disney catalog I got the other day had some "Deluxe" princess costumes, they looked different from what I'd seen before. Not sure if they're the ones sold in the parks or not though.

The Deluxe from catalog are SIMIMILAR to park ones but they are still differnt.

I saw some of the costumes you are talking about at the tinkerbell store in Magic Kingdom I can't remember the full name of it but it is located at back of cinderella's castle, the costumes there were between $50 and $60, a little more than what I wanted to pay for my daughter to play dress up in but they were pretty and different from the ones in the Disney Store, If I were you I would be prepared to pay that and probably a little more if you are doing it on ebay, someone is probably going to want to get back what they spent and then some. Good luck !

Lillian Vernon seems to have some nice versions. And they are a bunch of them on ebay. I really like the Cinderella and Aurora ones.
