Delicious Disney (available in the parks and DtD) has recipes from the cruiseline and both WDW and DLR. Some are rather complex but all the ones that I've tried were delicious.
ETA - If you try something at a Disney restaurant and love it, don't be afraid to ask for the recipe! My DSis was so complimentary about the Apple-Carmel pie at WL that the waitress brought her a copy of the recipe without us even asking!
