Disney Confirms

Ok this is the second time this has happened this year. I received resort confirmation addressed to my cousin who I have listed on my Disney experience. The confirm has his name but my home address. We do not nor ever lived in the same household. Has anyone experienced this? I received another friends confirm a few months ago, same situation. Where are they getting address info??? I called CRO and they don't know why this happened.

Haven't book any reservations for him and his party. Are travel dates are 2 weeks apart.
