hi everyone. I know from reading on here that communication with wedding planners can be slow at times, but I was wondering when I should start trying again. I sent an email reply to the persons questions Sunday night and I still have not heard anything. It is easier for me to communicate through email, but is it something I need to call about? I still haven't gotten my date or venue. This was a first round email in reply to the email you get from filling out the form online that you are interested in. Thanks for any help!

Although I haven't any direct experience to quote on, I have read it can take 'a few days' especially at the start of the process... So I guess it depends on what your definition of 'a few days' is!
Mine would be 3-4 days then try again, but I'm sure someone more experienced would give a better idea.

Hope you get a response soon though

Luckily they emailed right after I posted this. Yay! But it looks like it is just more fliers with prices. It is very helpful information, but what do I do now?

Hey There! This has been my experience so far...I called May 1 and a wedding planner called me back May 2nd and we discussed dates and availability during that phone call. She emailed that day an email with lots of brochures and pdfs. She also asked that I email her our top three choices for dates/times which I did on May 3 and she responded today stating she had put our choices on the master calendar. She then said she would get back to closer to the eight month mark but if I had any questions before that I could email her.
So my suggestion would may be to call them directly. Did the email have a name listed at the bottom you could call? Hope this helps a little.

Ok... So now I'm def gonna call Disney. I rang the same day and was told someone will call me back in a few days, so far nothing as yet.
She did say Wednesday or Thursday though, I guess it depends who you get on the phone.
I'll wait till the end of the week... Patiently... ish! Lol
