Disney commercial with discounts - help i can't find it anywhere

Ok i just saw a disney commercial on CBC for the planning video. Now the announcer said that there was discounts in affect. I tried reading the small print but of course too fast. I saw something about it being in effect until 10-02-2003 so is this til february or october. ahhhh Does anyone has any info.

I'm thinking of going in October so i want to know.
