Disney.com Itineraries?

Okay, so my friend and I are going to WDW, and when she logged in on the website, she found her itinerary gone.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way we can get it back? All her ADR confirmation numbers and other important things were in there too.


If anyone can help us out, it'd be appreciated.

I've never had this happen to me, but if it does, I'll notify the DIS!

your friend should call the disney dining number they should have all her adr#'S.

But mine has not been updated since I made an additional day to our vacation about a week ago.

I really find the program limiting does anyone have a suggestion on some other way to plan our vacation... I want to see without clicking in a thousand different places which park is open which hours with extra magic hours already included and perhaps a 1 place to l;ook at that parks events... 1 click for hours, another for extended hours, another for parades, another to make certain we hit certain rides before they close half way through our trip... seems like disney could make it easier ya know

If it's the itinerary that I'm thinking of it doesn't have ADR confirm. #'s unless she put them in. I think the Itinerary is just for you to make up and be able to print out. Now if she did put all this info in and now it's gone, she maybe forgot to save it OR there is a real problem and you could look into contacting Disney.

I think you are correct, but for adr#'s she can contact disney.
