Disney.com Itineraries? Please help!

Okay, so my friend and I are going to WDW, and when she logged in on the website, she found her itinerary gone.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way we can get it back? All her ADR confirmation numbers and other important things were in there too.


If anyone can help us out, it'd be appreciated.
