hey everyone. I'm about to apply for the program and couldn't find a thread telling my what I need to know so I figured I'd start a new one. What is the process like? What should I expect and what can I do to increase my chances?
So I applied, got an email saying they would get back to me within a few days at 10:54, then at 10:56 got an email saying I was no longer being considered for a position. What could the reason be?

There could be a number of reasons. Are you over the age of 18 and enrolled in college taking at least one class at a US university? They ask some qualifying questions at the beginning and end of the application, maybe those kicked you out? Have you applied previously to the CP or to Disney?
Yeah, I'm 19 and this is my fourth college semester. I applied for the college program back in September. That's 5 months right? That's my problem. Just figured that out.
It shouldnt be that. Only if you didnt pass the WBI in September you have to wait 6 months to take it again. If you passed it and just didnt get accepted in the phone interview process I dont understand why it would say NLIC so quickly

If you applied before September 10th, and passed the Web Interview it is 6 months. The Typical waiting period is 6 months between auditions/applications based on the current system used. I assume you used the same profile to submit an application?
The only real possibilities are the age (over 18), being enrolled as full or part time student, possessing unrestricted work authorization, as Wishes Counts mentioned. Also if you are applying for the International Programme, to have the proper work authorizations in place or calling the provided numbers.
