I thought you couldn't use points at Disney Resorts that have DVC. I just looked at the Disney Collection & see I was wrong. Did the policy change or am I just mistaken?

You can use your points at Disney Resorts, assuming you bought direct or are grandfathered in. However, when I look at the cost in points, I would never do it. If I remember, it was about three times the cost per night of staying in the DVC portion. If I really needed a non DVC hotel stay, I would pay cash.

That changed - I think it was when VGF was built. They then added all associated resorts back to the Disney collection.
