Disney CM's are wonderful!!

I just got off the phone with the Disney Reservations line, and I have to say that the CM's I spoke with were absolutely wonderful!! My daughter decided at the last minute to take her son with us on our trip. The original plan was for him to have 2 weeks of "daddy time" while we were on vacation.

I'm within my 45 days (14 to go!), and I didn't know if there was going to be any charge for the changes. There wasn't! I also was worried about my ADR's, and those didn't have to be cancelled and rebooked either!

I'm so thankful for the great CM's I spoke with today. They made my instant anxiety attack go away with a few kind words and awesome help.

The CM I spoke to when I booked my BB last week was great as well. There are so many posts complaining about CM's, but there are some real gems if you keep trying. I really like to do the survey when I've had a great CM.

Glad you didn't have to redo the ADR's!

I think they are trained to assuage our anxiety attacks. When DD was little and adored the princesses, she was all dressed up as Cinderella and we were on our way to 1900 PF when we got stuck on the monorail for what seemed like forever. We missed our ADR and I was trying to keep my worry to myself, knowing how devastated she would be if we missed dining with Cinderella. When we got there, I explained what had happened, and a kind CM approached my DD and said something along the lines of, "Hello, Princess. Cinderella has been waiting for you, but we saved a special table just for you, and Cinderella will be over to say hello soon." I almost started crying right there.
