Disney CM Nametags

Does anyone know:

(A) The number to either (1) Disney that is printed on your receipts from the World or (2) the Christmas store in DTD?

(B) Can you order the CM-like nametags (at the back of the store) and have them engraved AHEAD OF YOUR TRIP and have them shipped to you?

I ordered the girls from LaughingPlace.com. They order them from DL and they were princess ones. I'm sure they can order a specific kind if you want.

WDW Merchandising is 407-363-6200 but I'm quite sure they can't get items personalized

IN FL, they only have the year-specific red ones.

I couldn't find any of the other styles in any of the shops, anywhere.

I thought about Laughing Place, but they are always so expensive. I was hoping getting it directly from Disney might be a bit cheaper.
