Going to WDW 12/5-12/10. Have CS for $89/nite so don't think DC would save any there, but..

We will be going to Disney again in 2004, so I was thinking...join DC before I can't- then use DC discount to order AP (can order whenever not valid till used, right?), then use AP to make 2004 ressies.

Would this work???

Also, do AP prices usually go up each year and if so when?

Thanks,
Steph

You're correct about the vouchers. The clock doesn't start until you activate them. Due to unforseen circumstances, we held ours for over a year before 1st use.

I would only do this if you think you will really need APs (going for a long visit or planning to fit in more than 1 before the year is up). Reason being, AP discounts lately have run pretty close to the code discounts. Last year most of the code specials were better than AP rates. And, like the codes, they are not announced very far in advance.

So, you may not need to have an AP just for the hotel deals, if you can catch a code :) APs are FUN, but you may end up planning multiple trips just to get your "money's worth"

If you do decide to do that, you only need one AP to get the discounts so it may pay to buy an AP for one person.
