Disney Club ContractID w/National Car

Has anyone used the Disney Club Contract code when renting with National Car, since it no longer exists? I find it to be the best price and would like to use it for my next rental..but not sure if I can...

I won't post it, but I tried it just now and seems to gives same results, nothing additional, as other current codes.
