Disney Club 800 number

This may be a totally stupid question, but does anyone know if the 800 number will still be in existence after December? Maybe Disney will "forget" to disconnect it or perhaps feel generous enough to create an 800 number for AP holders. Although, I do feel that all Disney reservation phone numbers should be toll free, like practically every other hotel reservation line in the world.
