I know that Disney offers classes based on availability. Is there a better chance of getting disney classes during Spring Advantage, Fall Advantage, or does it make a difference

Doesn't make a difference. When I was there there anyone who wanted into the classes got in, and there was a lot of housing issues that semester.

Personally, I think the classes are a waste of time. Unless, of course, you have to take them to get credit.
